Jalada Africa is a pan-African writers' collective. It sprung out of a sense of urgency to have the creative space to explore and re-define our stories for ourselves.  Since then, Jalada has grown, publishing many anthologies and embracing work in multiple genres. Jalada loves work that excites, questions and, above all else, imagines.
